PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Rick’s experience includes extensive knowledge in the subdivision process, including rules and regulations in both Loudoun and Fauquier Counties. He is also very familiar with farming issues, the horse industry, ponds, land clearing, wells and septic systems. Rick has been a full-time real estate agent since 1988 and was named Realtor of the year in 1998 by Dulles Area Association of Realtors.
